Lisa Steinbacher was injured on August 11, 1986, when her vehicle collided with a 1974 Pontiac Firebird owned by John Page, Sr., and operated by John Page, Jr., in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County. She filed an action against the driver, alleging negligent operation of the vehicle, and against the owner, alleging negligent entrustment.
