OPINION

OSBORN, Chief Justice.

The Appellant filed a suit for declaratory judgment, mandamus and injunction seeking to obtain a judgment which would declare its right to microfilm county records. It also sought to recover its attorney's fees. After a finding that the County Clerk had established prudent and reasonable rules for the copying of county records, all relief requested by the Appellant was denied. Since judgment was entered,
