Blue Streak Marine, Inc., appeals the trial court's judgment finding it liable to plaintiff, Aries Marine Corporation and Atlantic International, LTD. d/b/a International Lift Boats, "ILB", for commissions owed under a joint venture agreement between the parties, dismissing its reconventional demand, and assessing court costs against it.
