F. Brian Richter appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County granting the petition of Worldwide Auditing Services, Inc. (Worldwide) seeking an injunction enforcing a covenant not to compete (hereinafter the Covenant). The order modifies the Covenant by confining it geographically to the State of Maryland (except the Eastern shore) and former Worldwide clients with whom Richter had contact while in Worldwide's employ.
