Plaintiff, Esther Aronson brings this action for declaratory and injunctive relief against defendant New York City Employees Retirement System ("NYCERS"), claiming violations of her rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988 (1982), the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, and Art. 5, § 7 of the New York State Constitution.
