OPINION

KOEHLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of illegal investment. Trial was to the court and the court assessed punishment at seventeen years' imprisonment. We affirm.

In Points of Error Nos. One and Two, the Appellant asserts that the court erred in overruling his motion to suppress the evidence and in subsequently admitting the evidence in that it was obtained in violation of Tex.Health & Safety Code Ann....
