ENTRY ORDER
Executrix of estate appeals from a superior court decision, affirming a probate court ruling that allowed testator's wife to elect statutory homestead and personal property rights, while at the same time claiming an interest in decedent's real estate under his will. We reverse and remand for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion.
