Plaintiff has filed a complaint naming his former wife, her parents, and her siblings and siblings-in-law as defendants. Count I of the complaint alleges that defendant Susan Mauro intentionally inflicted emotional distress upon plaintiff. Count II concerns the other defendants and can best be described as falling under the theory of conspiracy to commit the tort of intentional infliction...
