Appellants, Donnel Ray Anders, et al., were plaintiffs in a suit in Harris County against Mobil Oil Corporation, Mobil Vanderbilt-Beaumont Pipeline Company (formerly Mobil Oil Exploration Company, Inc.), R.L. Reagan, David R. Anglin (collectively "Mobil"), Brown & Root, Inc., James L. Bain, Mallard & Mallard Inc., and Champion Realty Corporation.
