This case was originally brought by plaintiffs-appellants, Hubert Huffaker et al., in October 1989. In June 1990, notice was given to the parties that the case would be tried January 9, 1991 and, in October 1990, an entry was put on record setting the case for arbitration to be held December 13, 1990.
