Peter Kuiros, Lisa Kuiros, and Kenneth Kuiros, t/d/b/a Kopper Kettle Fudge Factory, and Jeffrey Kuiros (collectively, the Kuiros defendants) were ordered to cease using the secret formula, receipts, methods and techniques of Goodies Olde Fashion Fudge Co.
