PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a final judgment awarding attorney's fees to a victorious defendant under section 45.061, Florida Statutes (1989). We affirm.

The appellants filed suit against the appellee for negligence which resulted in a fall by the appellant husband. The appellant wife made a derivative claim for loss of consortium.
