We have reviewed the enumerations of error and the record on appeal. We are unable to find that the trial court's findings of fact are clearly erroneous under the principles enunciated in Gradous v. Board of Commissioners of Richmond County, 256 Ga. 469, 349 S.E.2d 707 (1986).

Judgment affirmed.
