This is a personal injury action arising out of an accident to an admitted trespasser at a closed swimming pool at Oakwood Terrace Apartments in Chattanooga on May 15, 1988. Plaintiff Edward L. Barnes, who was sixteen years and eleven months old on that date, was paralyzed when he apparently struck his head on the bottom of the pool...
