Plaintiff Signet Corporation ("Signet") has moved for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 seeking to enforce a promissory note executed and delivered by defendant Interbank Financial Services, Inc. ("Interbank") in the amount of $265,000.
