Plaintiffs filed suit against defendants for injuries allegedly arising out of defendant's violation of various federal and state laws. On March 14, 1991, this Court dismissed without prejudice plaintiffs' pendent state law claims. Thus, plaintiffs' complaint currently presents only federal questions.
