Contemnor-appellant, attorney Charles H. Delano, appeals the order of the trial court finding him in contempt for failing to comply with the trial court's order that he provide a list of witnesses that he might call on behalf of his client. The trial court entered this order shortly before jury selection in a misdemeanor case. Appellant argues that the trial court may not order a defendant in a misdemeanor case...
