OPINION PER CURIAM:

Appellant, Blair R. Hyde, was convicted by a jury of driving with a blood alcohol level of .10 percent or greater. Posttrial motions were denied and appellant was sentenced to forty-eight hours to eighteen months imprisonment. This direct appeal followed. We affirm.
