Before us is a matter of significance as its resolution may force yet another of America's airlines into bankruptcy. The facts presented are uncontroverted and can be summarized as follows. In February 1986, defendant Trans World Airlines, Inc. ("TWA") entered into an Equipment Trust Agreement (the "Agreement") with plaintiff The Connecticut National Bank ("CNB").
