On November 7, 1990 the plaintiffs, Omni Group Farms, Inc., ("Omni"), Cayuga Meadows Inc. ("Meadows") and Michael O'Neill ("O'Neill"), filed a complaint against defendant County of Cayuga ("County") alleging that the defendant passed legislation which interfered with certain existing and possible future contract rights of the plaintiffs.
