BROWN, Justice.

This appeal arises from the circuit court's denial of appellant Dustin Heath Vickers' motion to transfer his first degree murder case to juvenile court. At the time of the murder Vickers was seventeen years old. We find no error in the circuit court's decision, and we affirm.

There is no disagreement over the facts in this case as they relate to this appeal. The murder occurred on October 6, 1990...
