This is an appeal from a judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court which, after a trial to the bench, found in favor of plaintiff-appellees, Richard A. Steiner, Jr. and Maureen E. Steiner, and awarded them $1,375 in back rent allegedly owed by defendants-appellants, Richard Minkowski and Janet Minkowski. Appellees were also awarded ten percent interest on the judgment plus court costs.
