The dispute in this action of ejectment is between neighbors and pertains to the ownership of a seventeen (17) foot wide strip of land along a common property line. Joseph B. Porter, the defendant, holds record title to the disputed land. Howard W.F. Wolfe, Jr., the plaintiff, claims title by adverse possession.
