Plaintiff Foreign Motors, Inc. ("FMI"), commenced this action in response to an attempt by the Defendants Audi of America, Inc. and Volkswagen of America, Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Audi"), to terminate FMI's franchise to sell, lease and service Audi automobiles.
