This matter came before the court on the plaintiff's motion to show cause and motion for lump sum judgment to recover the amount which should have been on deposit with the defendant, Third Federal Savings & Loan Company ("Third Federal"). Plaintiff has also sought reimbursement for attorney fees arising from litigation following the alleged improper release of the defendant Eugene Paletta's account with Third Federal.
