This action arises from the death of seaman Antonios Vassiliou, a Greek national. Plaintiffs are members of decedent's family suing in both their personal and representative capacities. Defendants are the owners and operators of the ship, the Zoe Christina. The jurisdiction of this court is invoked pursuant to section 20 of the Jones Act of 1920, as amended, 46 U.S.C.
