("Trustbank"), formerly Dominion Federal Savings and Loan Association, to seek redress for the defendants' alleged breach of guaranty contract. Subsequently, the Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC") was substituted as plaintiff in its capacity as conservator for Trustbank.
