This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the Common Pleas Court of Ross County, Ohio, upon a jury verdict finding Joseph Lewis, defendant below and appellant herein, guilty of robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.02, an aggravated felony of the second degree.
