We affirm defendant's convictions and sentences for delivery of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer without violence.

We address only defendant's contention that the trial court erred in departing from the sentencing guidelines on the basis of the temporal proximity of the crimes (committing the crimes approximately three months after being released from incarceration apparently for possession and delivery of a controlled substance...
