This personal injury case, currently set for jury trial on April 25, 1991, is before the court upon defendant's motion for partial summary judgment, his motion in limine, and motion to amend his answer. For the reasons that follow, defendant's motion for partial summary judgment and motion in limine are denied and the motion to amend his answer is granted.
