Appellant was involved in a fatal single vehicle accident in which his auto failed to stop at a "T" intersection. The car struck an embankment and overturned and the decedent was trapped between the roof and steering wheel of the auto. Appellant was charged as the operator of the vehicle with involuntary manslaughter, homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle DUI related, DUI, and driving at an unsafe speed.1 He entered...
