This is an action for personal injuries and damages allegedly suffered by plaintiffs Earl E. Douglas and William Swiger when their van collided with a disabled tractor-trailer truck driven by Billy Joe Cropley and owned by his employer, Art DiPietro and DiPietro Trucking, Inc.
