Appellant, Annette Jane Landis, takes this appeal from a June 4, 1990 order adjudicating her one-year old child, Edward C. Wissinger (hereinafter "Eddie"), dependent. The order was entered after Eddie's eight-year old half-sister, Tanya Palmer, died under suspicious circumstances.
