This dispute arises out of a traffic accident in which a tractor trailer owned by Caravan Refrigerated Inc. struck the automobile driven by David McMahon from behind. Mr. McMahon brought suit against the driver Frances Teter and Caravan seeking damages for his resultant injuries.
