JOHNSON, Judge.

This is a cross-appeal from the judgment of sentence following David John's convictions for arson, 18 Pa.C.S. § 3301(a)(1)(i), risking a catastrophe, 18 Pa.C.S. § 3302(b), and criminal mischief, § 3304(a)(1). We affirm.
