Jimmy Lee Boykin (Boykin) appeals from the dismissal of his petition for habeas corpus. We affirm.

On July 21, 1986, a Minnehaha County grand jury returned an indictment against Boykin and Howard Joseph Adams (Adams) as a result of the homicide of DeWayne Jensen. The indictment charged Boykin and Adams with: Count I, murder in the first degree (SDCL 22-16-4); Count II, murder in the first degree committed in the course of another felony...
