Wausau Insurance Company (Petitioner) appeals from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing a referee's decision that granted Petitioner reimbursement from the Workmen's Compensation Supersedeas Fund (Fund) for Petitioner's $6,719.58 overpayment of compensation to Sylvester Fulton (Claimant).
