POPOVICH, Judge:

In this case of first impression for our Commonwealth, we hold, inter alia, that an adjudicated incompetent may prosecute a civil action in divorce through a guardian or guardian ad litem.

Having reviewed the records and the parties' briefs, we agree with appellant that appellee, Frank T. Syno, an adjudicated incompetent, may prosecute his civil action for divorce only...
