OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

Relator contends the failure of Independent School District No. 641 to realign staff in order to recall him to a full time position from unrequested leave of absence warrants reversal. Relator argues there was a reasonable realignment of staff which would provide him a full time position, and that the school board's failure to so realign is unsupported by substantial evidence in the record...
