This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence for escape. Appellant poses the following three questions:

(1) SHOULD THE JURY PANEL HAVE BEEN LIMITED TO PERSONS INCLUDED ON THE JURY LIST? (2) WAS EVIDENCE IMPROPERLY EXCLUDED? (3) WAS THE JURY PROPERLY CHARGED?
