This is an adversary proceeding filed by the plaintiff, William Longo, Sr., which requests the Court to find that his claims against the defendant-debtor, William J. McLaren, are not dischargeable. Debtor initiated his case on December 22, 1988 by filing his petition in chapter 11. The case was converted to chapter 7 on January 22, 1990. The 341 meeting in the chapter 7 case was held on March 5, 1990...
