Feeley, appeals a decision of the Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Arizona (Commission) recommending that he be suspended from the practice of law for six months, that as a condition precedent to reinstatement he pay restitution to his client, and ordering him to pay costs of $2,152.60 to the State Bar of Arizona (Bar).
