Defendant appeals from an order entered 6 December 1990 granting partial summary judgment for the plaintiffs on the issues of whether Andre Leonard (plaintiff) is covered under his brother's automobile insurance policy issued by the defendant and whether the plaintiff is entitled to "stack" the limits of liability of underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage under that policy.
