Charles F. Arentzen, Jr., appeals from an order finding him in contempt for refusing to file an accounting of his actions as executor of the estate of Leonard F. Baehr and related transactions completed under a power of attorney. The order also remanded Arentzen to the custody of the Sheriff of Philadelphia County until such time as Arentzen purged the contempt by filing the required accounts.
