This is an appeal following the grant of summary judgment by the trial court. Appellant (Beach) filed a complaint alleging wrongful discharge by Appellee (Burns) for Beach's failure to sign a waiver of jury trial form as part of Beach's orientation materials. Burns filed preliminary objections claiming that Beach failed to state a cause of action upon which relief could be granted.
