PALLADINO, Judge.
George J. Spencer and Rosanna M. Spencer (Appellants) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (trial court) granting summary judgment in favor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) because the Commonwealth was immune from suit, and because Appellants failed to name a commonwealth party before the statute of limitations had run.
