Allen (Allen) petitions for review of an order of the State Board of Accountancy (Board) which denied his application for a certificate to practice as a certified public accountant pursuant to The C.P.A. Law (Law), Act of May 26, 1947, P.L. 318, as amended, 63 P.S. §§ 9.1-9.16b. We affirm.
