This is an appeal from a trial court order denying Appellant-plaintiff's Motion to Amend her Complaint and granting partial Summary Judgment in favor of defendants, Family Counseling Center of Armstrong County and two of its employees. Appellant filed her wrongful death and survival action against the Counseling Center, its employees and a number of other parties following her son's death as a result of drowning in the bathtub of residential facility...
