This is an appeal from a judgment which sentenced Appellant Carletta M. Todd (hereinafter "Appellant") for one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, (cocaine) 35 Pa.S. § 780-113(a)(30), and one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, (cocaine), 35 Pa.S. § 780-113(a)(16).1 The court denied Appellant's pretrial suppression motion.
