Defendants appeal as of right from an order of the circuit court granting plaintiff's motion for summary disposition. The court also declared that plaintiff's claims for supplemental benefits, fringe benefits, and deferred compensation pursuant to MCL 330.1113; MSA 14.800(113) accurately reflected the law and that plaintiff should receive those benefits for as long as she received workers' compensation benefits.
